The Whole Tooth about False Teeth

An image of two elderly people, one male and one female, smiling after treatment with Love-Teeth Dental Practice.By Ilana Pine.

False teeth or dentures, as they are historically known, come in many materials, shapes and sizes.

Partial dentures replace only the missing teeth. These work well as they can grip on to existing teeth.

Full dentures replace all the upper or lower teeth. These often work very well but some people may prefer to have a number of dental implants to hold them firmly in place.

From classic acrylic pink full dentures, flexible dentures and metal-based part dentures to designer dentures or telescopic dentures and the ‘Rolls Royce’ of dentures which are held in by dental implants, there really is a great choice to suit every mouth.

Our teeth are strongly linked to our feelings of security and it can often be traumatic when we lose them. It can take some time to find the perfect solution but at no point during the process should you have to walk around with any visible gaps.

Here at Love-Teeth we take pride in dealing very sensitively with this sometimes difficult situation and welcome every challenge which comes our way! Contact us now for a chat.
